The Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry hold the Seminar for further Development Plan

The seminar for “Further development plan” took place in Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry on the afternoon of June. 21st, 2008 with the host Vice Party Secretary Mr. Kuilin ding. Over 50 leaders including leaders of the Institute, project group, and department took part in the meeting.

In the seminar, five researchers (Mr. Dawei Ma, Mr. Yong Tang, Ms Fengling Qing, Mr. Gang Zhao, Mr. Zhanting Li), and the director, Mr. Cangqun Li gave exchange speeches separately related to Chemical Biology, Metal organic chemical, Fluorine chemistry , Organic synthesis of natural products chemistry, Physical organic and national defense scientific research.  They stated out the current situation of these fields, analyzing the needs for development, and exchanged their views and suggestions for the further development.

The secretary, Mr. Jianxin Zhang addressed in the meeting that it was of great importance to enhance the cohesive force to push the institute development via implementing the strategies and plans of the institute. There is of no doubt that direction leads development, that reform creates innovation, and that harmony promotes forwards. Mr. Biao Jiang, the director of the institute, gave out the conclusion speech, in which he emphasized that organizational development strategies contributed vital importance and necessarily to the development. He also stated the concrete requirements to the organizational development plan and to the adjustment for the innovation plan in the third period on the basis of development strategies studies. We were engaged ourselves to create reform and innovated-oriented institute with the entire insistence of two-oriented, country-service strategies.
